Currently hiring for the role of Customer Care Officer (Customer & Distributor Management) for the Singapore Market. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and English and have experience in Insurance customer service, contact center, or BPO operations.
Working Schedule
• Fixed working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday Off
• Stable work-life balance with normal office hours
Salary & Benefits
• Monthly salary: RM 3,800 – RM 4,200 • KPI Incentive: Up to RM 300 monthly based on performance
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of Insurance experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer and distributor queries through calls, live chats, and emails while maintaining excellent customer experience standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Responding to customer queries through calls, chats, and emails
• Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Resolving customer concerns efficiently and ensuring proper follow-up
• Coordinating with internal departments for issue resolution
• Escalating complex cases to team leaders when required
• Delivering high-quality customer service with professionalism and empathy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
