We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research, including competitor rate shopping and maintaining marketing intelligence reports
Analyze hotel performance (ADR, occupancy, segmentation, pickup trends, RGI/ARI/MPI) and identify revenue opportunities with guidance
Monitor booking activity (cancellations, turn away, pickup) and alert Revenue Manager
Ensure the group room rate has been properly followed in accordance with the group approval procedure
Support revenue strategies through competitor benchmarking and corporate rate review
Ensure accurate reporting, data maintenance, and timely submission of revenue reports
Maintain rate accuracy across all distribution channels and oversee system data quality
Participate in yield meetings and provide insights on revenue performance and positioning
Requirements
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in hotel industry
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Siteminder, Duetto, Cambridge PMS is an advantage
Good organizational, communication skills, and teamwork
