Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation across Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Define best practices for Networking and security, Scalability and performance, Disaster recovery and resilience
• Drive adoption of DevOps and GitOps methodologies.
• Define and evolve the enterprise platform engineering strategy, aligned with business and technology goals.
• Design secure, scalable, and reusable platforms supporting cloud-native, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and governance for platform services.
• Architect and deliver Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), enabling self-service infrastructure and application deployment.
• Build reusable platform components such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks, Observability and monitoring solutions, Security and compliance automation
• Promote containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Embed security and compliance controls into platform services.
• Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Establish platform governance frameworks and standards.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Kubernetes and container ecosystemsInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, ARM, CloudFormation)CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience implementing DevOps, SRE, and GitOps practices.
