HR Executive | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Talent Acquisition & People Operations

In this role, you will be directly involved in real hiring processes, candidate engagement, and operational coordination alongside the team — gaining practical exposure that builds a strong foundation for careers in HR, business, leadership, consulting, and management.

Role Focus

This role provides structured, hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and candidate management within a fast-moving professional environment.

The focus is on developing strong communication skills, execution discipline, professional confidence, and a practical understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage candidates across multiple recruitment platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and outreach channels)
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and structured interviews (training provided)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines and candidate progress
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with the team to maintain hiring quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
