Technical Consultant (OLTC and Diagnostics)
What awaits you:
- You will provide 2nd-level technical support to Sales teams and customers on complex issues related to substation equipment.
- You will analyze detailed operational and measurement data for equipment such as OLTCs, transformers, circuit breakers, and other substation components.
- You will prepare diagnostic assessments, technical recommendations, and comprehensive analysis reports.
- You will independently lead investigations of complex incidents, reconstruct sequences of events, determine root causes, and prepare high‑quality incident reports.
- You will conduct on-site inspections, measurements, and commissioning activities when required.
- You will present your findings, conclusions, and recommendations professionally to customers and internal stakeholders.
- You will handle special assignments that require deep technical expertise and strong problem‑solving capability.
What you bring to the table:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- You bring a strong specialization in electrical engineering.
- You have at least five years of experience in the energy technology sector, ideally with exposure to transformer or OLTC diagnostics.
- You are fluent in the local language and English (minimum B2 level), and you may speak additional languages—which is a plus.
- You understand technical processes and complex systems, including OLTC switching principles and transformer connections.
- You work in a precise, structured, and methodical manner.
- You can evaluate, prioritize, and organize customer inquiries effectively.
- You demonstrate strong customer orientation in all interactions.
- You complete tasks on time and manage your workload responsibly.
