Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Location: KL Mid Valley, Malaysia (5-min walk to Abdullah Hukum MRT)
- Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM5,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Start Date: As soon as mutually agreed
- Travel Requirement: Occasional business travel to Singapore (approximately 6–12 trips per year) is required
Role Overview
The Procurement Executive will support procurement operations across multiple business units and industries. This role ensures materials and services are sourced, delivered, and managed efficiently to prevent operational disruption.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining supply continuity, managing vendor relationships, and supporting cross-border procurement activities between Malaysia and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers across Malaysia, Singapore, and internationally, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery
- Negotiate terms, price, and delivery conditions with vendors to optimize costs and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Manage purchase orders in Navision Microsoft Business Central and track procurement workflows in Kissflow and Wrike
- Handle customs procedures, HS code classification, and freight coordination to ensure timely import/export compliance
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Malaysian and Singapore regulations
- Oversee small-scale construction/reinstatement procurement projects and provide transparent progress updates
- Analyze spend data, monitor vendor performance, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for procurement activities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement SOPs to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience or equivalent, preferably with cross-border sourcing exposure
- Exposure to multi-vendor or multi-industry environments is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Candidates with operational or logistics coordination experience encouraged to apply

Education
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (preferred but not required)
