Education: High School Diploma / SPM or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience as a cashier or retail crew in a fast-food chain, cafe, or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory. (Fresh grads/entry-level candidates are usually welcome).

Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Handling & POS Management
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Verify bill accuracy against orders, guest table numbers, or special promotional discounts.
Manage the shift’s cash float, perform safe drop procedures, and ensure zero discrepancies during end-of-shift cash balancing.
Issue accurate change, print receipts, and handle bill splitting or transfers professionally.
2. Frontline Customer Service
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and thank them genuinely as they leave.
Take accurate dine-in or takeaway orders directly at the counter when required.
Handle customer inquiries regarding the menu items, pricing, or current store promotions.
Manage complaints or billing disputes with patience, escalating complex issues to the Duty Manager immediately.
3. Counter Maintenance & Support
Keep the cashier station neat, clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with receipt rolls and packaging supplies.
Assist the service crew during busy periods by packing takeaway orders, clearing nearby tables, or managing the queuing system.
Working Conditions & Benefits
Shifts: Required to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
Physical Demands: Long hours of standing and remaining alert at the counter.
