Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the development and execution of advanced sales strategies, particularly in the semiconductor fab market. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and aligning customer requirements with technical capabilities. The manager will work closely with engineering and executive leadership to drive business growth and ensure technical alignment in all solutions offered.


Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies tailored to the semiconductor fab market.
  • Focus on securing partnerships with top tier fabs and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Ensure sales proposals meet customer requirements while maximizing company profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product development teams to align technical solutions with market demand.
  • Provide strategic input for product roadmap based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights.
  • Deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team with in-depth technical knowledge and guidance during bidding and project scoping.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and key business development opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales engineers as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor, automation or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical sales environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • High initiative, confidence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor fab operations and requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B technical sales processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
