We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer with strong experience in firewalls and Load Balancer to support critical IT infrastructure operations and ensuring seamless network security and availability in line with agreed SLAs.

Make an Impact by:

• Manage, configure, and support Cisco network devices, Checkpoint & Fortigate Firewalls, routers, switches, F5/Foundry/Radware load balancers, DNS, SDN, IPAM, Wireless, Tacacs, and VPN solutions.
• Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure proactively to maximize availability and performance.
• Adhere to ITSM/ITIL practices (Change, Incident, Problem & Service Request management).
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Work closely with network teams to design, upgrade, and optimize network infrastructure with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate network documentation (diagrams, configurations, SOPs).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, support, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest network security technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to enhance service levels.
• Support business continuity through backup, restore, and disaster recovery planning.

Skills for Success:

• A Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in F5 Load Balancer and Firewalls is a mandatory requirement for this role
• Knowledge and expertise in LAN/WAN and Firewall are a strong advantage
• Strong technical competency with recognized professional certifications in either Network & Security or Systems domain
• Able to be on standby 24x7 and 12-hour shift rotation
