A growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team while driving new business opportunities across medium to large client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital marketing sales exposure, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of how agency solutions are pitched and delivered.
You will play a key role in expanding the client base, managing important commercial relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth alignment between sales efforts and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets
- Provide coaching and direction to team members to improve overall performance
- Help strengthen the team structure and contribute to a high-performance sales environment
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business development and identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term business opportunities
- Contribute to revenue growth by actively pitching digital marketing and advertising solutions
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies and solutions
- Manage ongoing commercial discussions and ensure a strong client experience throughout the sales cycle
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including ads operation and support teams to ensure smooth campaign planning and delivery
- Coordinate internally to align client expectations with service execution
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and overall sales strategy initiatives
