Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Assistant Manager, HR Shared Services to run the day-to-day operations of our HR Shared Services team. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operational processing and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
A critical focus of this role is to act as a catalyst for innovation. The ideal candidate will go beyond standard operational delivery by proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, leveraging HR technology (i.e. Workday) to automate workflows, and exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks. You will help build a future-ready HRSS function while supporting the broader goals of the HRD department.
