Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our daily production operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Job location : Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• Support production team during machine setup and operational issues.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers when necessary.
• Assist in installation and improvement projects for machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and troubleshooting works.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to respond to urgent breakdowns.
• Knowledge in food safety and GMP practices will be an added advantage.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
