• Assist warehouse executive in flour blending and bagging schedule:

- Prepare daily stock monitoring report base on daily stock balance and sales order everyday.

- Propose daily flour blending and bagging schedule based on sales requirement and customer special requirement.

- Coordination between sales and production to fulfill delivery requirement.

• Liaise with sales on confirming of ad-hoc order change request.
• Responsible for maintaining the ERP reporting for warehouse stock.
• Verify and matching of receiving documents for group products, transferred stocks, packaging materials, bagging and warehouse consumables, and food additives. Complete the receiving process in ERP.
• Record and report on bagging consumables and warehouse consumables inventory movement. Initiate the consumable purchase request according to operational usage trend.
• Support warehouse and bagging operation with operational reporting needs:

- OT monitoring report.

- Lorry turnaround report.

- Pallet movement report.

- Bagging productivity report.

• Responsible to follow the safety rules, food safety requirement, work etiquette and conducts.
• To perform any duties assigned from time to time in alignment to company goals and objectives.

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Qualification: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Prefer Certificate/ Diploma in clerical or logistic field.

Experience: 2-3 years of related work experience.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
