岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Forecast and plan orders and sales periodically
Manage the sales budget and develop buying strategies for existing and new brands
Oversee stock management to avoid out-of-stock and slow-moving items
Handle the buying/merchandising process, including sourcing and procurement
Establish and manage supplier relationships, and implement category tactics
Review pricing and manage product range
Handle negotiations, administration, and delivery schedules
Plan promotions and merchandise displays
Monitor sales and propose action plans to meet targets
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, procurement, or related fields
Preferable experience in toiletries or beauty/cosmetic industries
Able to work independently under pressure with good interpersonal and team skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
