Responsibilities:

• Forecast and plan orders and sales periodically

• Manage the sales budget and develop buying strategies for existing and new brands

• Oversee stock management to avoid out-of-stock and slow-moving items

• Handle the buying/merchandising process, including sourcing and procurement

• Establish and manage supplier relationships, and implement category tactics

• Review pricing and manage product range

• Handle negotiations, administration, and delivery schedules

• Plan promotions and merchandise displays

• Monitor sales and propose action plans to meet targets

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, procurement, or related fields 

• Preferable experience in toiletries or beauty/cosmetic industries

• Able to work independently under pressure with good interpersonal and team skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
