BLUZEN specializes in supporting IT infrastructures and maintenance for global Korean companies in the construction, automobile, retail and manufacturing sectors. We support our partners with offices in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Preferable:

• Malaysian

• Able to travel with your own transport.

• Able to work on standby during weekends and public holidays for an urgent request.

• Experience in Samsung affiliates or major enterprise IT environments

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, strong problem solving & analytical skills.

• Good in teamwork spirit, open-mind and communication skill.

• Good command in written and spoken English is an advantage.

• Willing to learn about current new technology and skills.

• Periodically access system needs.

• Quick responding to general IT requests.

• Filling in monthly reports and on-time submission to manager.

• Always ensure security software is kept up to date.

• Experience in designing and installing computer hardware configuration.

• Experience in OA Support, network support and enterprise system.

• Experience in troubleshooting network and software issues related.

• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing system administration.

• Familiar with ITSM frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in IT support. Preferred 5+ years of IT operations or maintenance experience.

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science related.
