Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations and related submissions.
Coordinate and compile required documents for tender participation.
Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted within the specified deadline.
Monitor and update tender schedules, status and submission records.
Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal departments regarding tender requirements.
Prepare supporting documents such as company profiles, certificates and technical documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for all tender-related matters.
Assist in price comparison and sourcing activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and tender requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Experience in tender documentation or administration is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
