Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Develop compelling and relevant content for the hotel’s website, blog, and social media platforms.

• Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including images and videos.

• Ensure all digital content aligns with the hotel’s branding and marketing objectives.

Online Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms to drive bookings and brand awareness.

• Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Online Reputation Management

• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback on platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and social media channels.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image.

Partnership & Collaboration

• Work closely with travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), and business partners to increase online visibility and hotel bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Event Promotion

• Promote and market hotel events, conferences, weddings, and special promotions through digital marketing channels.

• Develop creative campaigns to attract potential guests and event participants.

Analytics & Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, booking conversions, and digital campaign performance.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or related field.

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or hospitality marketing is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.

• Strong communication and creative content writing skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
