Job Title: Marketing Executive (Strategy & Content Creation)
Company: Genesis Setup Sdn Bhd (Superbits)
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000
Location: KL / Selangor Area (On-site shooting required)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Strategy & Editing from home / On-site for shoots)
Job Type: Contract-based (8 hours per day, Weekdays)
Experience Level: 1 to 3 Years (High-performing fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)

As the consumer-facing brand of LCDA MSB Pineapple Sdn Bhd, we use advanced technology to flash-freeze fruit at -45C, preserving original nutrients, vibrant colors, and natural flavors with zero added sugar.
We are currently scaling our distribution aggressively through e-commerce and physical retail channels in Malaysia and Singapore (via Healthy Orchard Pte Ltd), with an immediate strategic roadmap for APAC global export. We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Executive who can build our marketing strategy from the ground up and execute the daily creative content to drive that growth.
The Role
This is a high-impact, hybrid role. You will not just be following a playbook; you will be writing it. Working directly with the Head of Commercial Operations, you will own the entire marketing funnel—from managing paid ad budgets and B2B retail strategy to shooting and editing the daily viral content that fuels our sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Paid Traffic (The Brain)
The Master Playbook: Develop and maintain the brand’s visual guidelines, monthly social media calendar, and e-commerce campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, Payday).
Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/IG), TikTok, and Shopee, tracking Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure profitability.
B2B & Retail Ammunition: Design Shelf-Ready Packaging (SRP) inserts, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and package our e-commerce data into compelling pitch decks for international distributors and local retailers.
2. Content Production & Execution (The Hands)
High-Volume Video: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit a strict minimum of 30 short-form videos per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video.
Visual Artistry: Design premium 2D static graphics, promotional banners, and e-commerce visuals using our bold brand palette (Electric Blue & Vibrant Red).
On-Site Direction: Travel within the KL / Selangor area for product and lifestyle shoots, ensuring authentic and premium brand storytelling.
Requirements
The "Hybrid" Skillset: You must possess a strong strategic marketing mind while retaining the technical speed to shoot and edit videos daily.
Language Proficiency: English proficiency is a must. Your copywriting and visual communication must meet premium, global standards.
Global Trend Sense: A strong instinct for what works internationally, particularly within the APAC region, to support our export goals.
Technical Mastery: Fast and proficient in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro), graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), and Ads Manager platforms (Meta/TikTok).
Adaptability: The e-commerce landscape changes daily. You must be able to pivot creative directions quickly based on data and platform trends.
