We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as a Business Executive Advisor. The role involves providing financial solutions in Takaful protection, Unit Trust investment, and Estate Planning services to individuals and families while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and advise clients on Takaful protection plans based on their financial needs.
- Provide consultation on Unit Trust investment solutions and financial planning.
- Assist clients with Estate Planning services including hibah, will writing, and trust planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend suitable strategies for wealth protection and growth.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals set by the company.
- Attend company trainings, workshops, and development programs to enhance professional skills.
- Maintain excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate in sales, finance, and helping people achieve financial security.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in Takaful, banking, or financial industry is an added advantage.
