Working Hours : Shift Hours ( 7.00am - 7.00pm / 7.00pm - 7.00am)

Job Description :

Responsible to coordinate sample preparation of materials for reliability qualifications. Managing overall lab operations and resources to complete device qualification according to KPI and project timelines.

Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance to the respective shifts leaders on the HC deployment by operation / product to achieve daily work plan.
• To set up system and controls to be uniformly administer by the shifts leaders.
• To enforce work discipline to all shift personnel (work instruction, control plans, attendance, tardiness, etc.
• Feedback to all shift personnel on any quality issues e.g. external customer complain and internal quality feedback.
• Ensure labs provide JIT delivery performance, track cycle time and output and ensure zero error/defect in output.
• Ensure labs maintains 5S and is always in an audit ready condition.
• To carry out any job related tasks or assignment assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
