Job Description:
Handle daily inventory processes, stock movements, and system transactions
Ensure stock accuracy for inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities
Monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
Conduct monthly cycle counts and support stocktake audits
Coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory-related matters
Maintain proper inventory and administrative records
Ensure warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained
Follow and comply with GMP requirements and warehouse procedures
Support process improvements for inventory control and warehouse operations
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned for warehouse operations
