We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer / Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance modern web applications and digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working across both frontend and backend technologies to deliver complete software solutions.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing end-to-end applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
• Implement UI/UX designs into functional applications
• Build reusable frontend components and features
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and accessibility
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

️ Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build scalable server-side applications and business logic
• Integrate databases, third-party services, and internal systems
• Ensure application security and data protection standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance issues

Full Stack Engineering

• Work across the entire software development lifecycle
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical design decisions
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Develop and maintain application documentation
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or Go
• Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are encouraged to apply
