• Operate, monitor, and support Blowing and/or Packaging production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Perform machine setup, adjustment, and changeover according to production requirements.
• Attend and troubleshoot machine breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and production loss.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance activities as per maintenance schedule.
• Identify root causes of recurring machine issues and propose corrective or improvement actions.
• Monitor machine performance, product quality, and process parameters during production.
• Record and report machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare part usage accurately.
• Comply with safety rules, GMP, quality standards, and company procedures at all times.
• Support engineering team in machine improvement projects, trials, and upgrades when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure workplace is clean, safe, and organized.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2–5 years hands‑on experience in Blowing and/or Packaging production lines
• Experience in PET blowing machines (e.g. Krones, Sidel, Newamstar or equivalent)
• Exposure to packaging equipment such as filler, capper, labeller, shrink wrapper, conveyor systems
• Experience in troubleshooting machine breakdowns, adjustments, and changeover activities
• Preferably from FMCG, beverage, or bottled water manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why or similar troubleshooting skill
