- Participate in making inspection work plans and relevant quality specifications.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and judgement for incoming materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods; handle non-conforming items properly.
- Monitor production processes, check first-piece and last-piece products, and spot abnormalities timely.
- Complete inspection records, sort out data, and submit regular quality reports.
- Cooperate with related departments and external parties (suppliers, customers, third-party inspectors) on quality matters.
- Put forward improvement suggestions for inspection methods and quality processes, and assist in quality system maintenance.
- Finish other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Education: Junior college or above, major in mechanical, metallurgical, material engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Over 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in manufacturing quality inspection is preferred. Outstanding graduates may be considered.
- Skills: Able to read basic drawings; familiar with inspection standards and common measuring tools; good at data recording and basic analysis; proficient in office software.
- Competencies: Strong sense of principle and responsibility; careful and detail-orientated; good communication and learning ability; team player.
- Physical: Good eyesight and colour vision.
