Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for residential building facilities and common areas.
• Attend to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and minor maintenance breakdowns within the residence.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure all building systems are functioning properly.
• Monitor and maintain facilities equipment such as lighting, pumps, panels, access systems, and common area utilities.
• Support daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist in energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives for the property.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and in accordance with standard procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and security personnel when required.
• Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance-related complaints or requests.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in building, property, or facility maintenance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in electrical systems, building maintenance, and troubleshooting works.
• Experience working in residential, commercial, or gated & guarded properties is an added advantage.
• Candidates with Wireman (PW), AO, or other related technical certifications will have added advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on standby or attend emergency breakdowns when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
