Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from various communication channels
- Assist customers with technical issues, general inquiries, and product-related questions
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Location: Menara TM Annexe 1, Bangsar (near to public transport)
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (5 working days, 2 off days)
Shift Schedule
Shift timings are subject to operational requirements:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Requirements
- SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in any field
- Fresh graduates with Diploma/Degree are welcome to apply
- Good proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
- Average proficiency in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: up to RM2,100 (based on working experience)
- Performance Incentive (PFP) + Shift Allowance
- + Permanent Midnight Shift Allowance (subject to Operations selection)
