Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure SLS, WLS, Perimeter Pumps (stormwater), and Loading Dock Sump Pit Pumps are functioning efficiently and safely together with fountain systems.
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting repair and maintenance all pump systems including SLS, WLS, perimeter pumps and sump pit pumps.
• Carry out monthly check valve servicing for all pump systems.
• Attend to pump-related complaints and carry out necessary repair works promptly.
• Ensure standby pumps and critical spare parts availability to prevent operational downtime.
• Carry out installation, dismantling and replacement of pumps when required.
• Perform piping works related to pump systems.
• Ensure all systems comply with manufacturer requirements and safety standards.
• Attend on all complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Keep daily reports of the preventive maintenance and daily checklist.
• Ensure all assigned systems are maintained under preventive maintenance schedule (PPM).
• Maintain proper logbooks, reports and records for all systems under care.

Job Competence Profile:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Pump Systems and Building M&E coordination.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in retail mall / Commercial Building is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tusking and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
