Location: Mentakab – Merapoh, Pahang

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract administration.
• Experience in infrastructure, railway or slope stabilisation projects is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in measurement, variation orders (VO), claims, site valuation, and progress payment assessment.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Possession of KTMB 038 Card will be an added advantage and given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quantities, measurements, and progress claims for project works.
• Assist in valuation of completed works, variation orders, and contract administration matters.
• Review contractor claims and site measurements.
• Maintain records for project costing and financial progress.
• Coordinate with project teams on quantity and commercial matters.
