Goals Achievements

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and adept at providing guidance to workers on project specifications
• Oversee and monitor the efficiency and productivity of site workers, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of workers' attendance and prioritizing safety protocols on site.
• Fetch foreign workers from their quarters, utilizing company vehicles (if provided).
• Attend to regular meetings with main contractors to align with targeted project schedules and address site-related issues promptly.
• Attend all project site meetings, as well as technical meetings with clients or consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive Work Done reports for each respective project in a timely manner, addressing key aspects and development.
• Any other ad-hoc or special task as assigned by Construction Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent
• 1 year of exposure and working experience as Site Supervisor or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
