Position Summary
TN ENGINEERING SDN BHD, a subsidiary of Tiong Nam Group and a leading provider of heavy vehicle engineering, trailer fabrication, and transportation support services, is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance, foreign worker management, employee documentation, and general administrative operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
- Handle employee offboarding procedures and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
2. Payroll & HR Operations
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission
- Monitor HR-related deadlines and statutory compliance timelines
- Handle employee benefits administration and insurance claims
3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare and submit statutory forms including PCB, Form EA, CP21, TCL, and other relevant documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage renewal of company agreements
- Process and renew foreign worker permits
4. HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., Yonyou, Sage, Smartpay, E-TMS)
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records
- Generate HR reports when required
5. Training & Employee Support
- Coordinate internal training sessions and HR-related programs
- Liaise with external vendors and third-party service providers
- Arrange employee accommodation, meals, and corporate gifts when required
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to management
6. General Administration
- Prepare meeting minutes and manage internal communications
- Support internal communications and general office administration activities.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR and administrative experience.
- Familiar with Malaysian labor law and statutory requirements
- Experience in payroll processing and HR systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
