We are looking for an experienced VMware Infrastructure Specialist to join high-impact enterprise projects across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX-T, and enterprise virtualization environments supporting banking, telecom, and cloud service provider clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in vSphere storage, networking, and compute, along with solid troubleshooting skills and good product knowledge. Simply mentioning VMware or virtualization experience in the resume is not sufficient.

If the client environment is focused only on vSphere, the candidate should demonstrate in-depth expertise specifically in vSphere administration and troubleshooting. If the environment is based on VCF, the candidate must have knowledge and hands-on experience across the complete VMware Cloud Foundation stack

• Deliver VMware consulting and enterprise infrastructure services

• Design, deploy, configure, and optimize VMware Cloud Foundation environments

• Implement and manage VMware NSX-T network virtualization and security solutions

• Execute NSX-V to NSX-T migration projects in enterprise production environments

• Deploy and troubleshoot VMware vSAN infrastructure

• Support VMware vRealize Suite components including:

• vRealize Operations (vROps)
• Log Insight (vRLI)
• Network Insight (vRNI)
• vRealize Automation (vRA)
• Lifecycle Manager (vRSLCM)
• Workspace ONE Access
• • Perform VMware product upgrades across vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and vCloud Director
• • Support Telco NFV environments and multi-site data center infrastructures
• • Integrate VMware solutions with technologies such as Palo Alto, F5, AlgoSec, and Splunk
• • Deliver technical documentation, runbooks, UAT support, and knowledge transfer sessions

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on VMware infrastructure implementation experience

• Strong expertise in:

• VMware Cloud Foundation (4.x / 5.x)
• VMware NSX-T (3.x / 4.x) & NSX-V
• vSphere (6.x / 7.x / 8.x)
• VMware vSAN
• VMware vRealize Suite
• • Proven experience handling enterprise-grade NSX migrations
• • Strong troubleshooting skills across virtualization, networking, storage, and compute layers
• • Experience in Banking or Telecom environments is highly advantageous
• • Ability to work independently in customer-facing engagements

VCP-NV (NSX-V / NSX-T)

VCAP / VCIX Certifications

vSAN Specialist

vROps Specialist
