Collaborate closely with the Field Service team to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and achieve departmental goals.
Provide technical support and effective solutions to dealers and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Deliver comprehensive after-sales support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement services for both existing and new customers.
Support the overall management and daily operations of the service center to ensure targets are achieved and service initiatives are effectively implemented.
Develop detailed work plans and ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and resources are prepared to support efficient service operations.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering discipline.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Preferably possess knowledge or experience in HVAC.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point and etc.
