We’re Hiring: IT Applications Support Analyst

We are in the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as IT Applications Support Analyst. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows:

• Responsible for full-cycle web app development and execution of data migration activities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy under tight deadlines and large data volumes.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and alignment with project requirements and timelines
• Plan, prepare, and oversee comprehensive documentation for each project phase, including business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, project plans, training materials, and support documentation.
• Perform system testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of new or modified applications to ensure system stability and performance.
• Develop and enhance applications as needed, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs despite resource limitations.
• Oversee the execution of application change requests, ensuring effective communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve system issues and change requests, ensuring timely responses and adherence to SLA targets in a high-volume request environment.
• Write user guides, update system records, and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge transfer and ongoing operations.

Your application will stand out if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT application development or programming roles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET or C#, and SQL with any DBMS.
• Functional knowledge of project management, QA processes, and industry best practices.
• Optional Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Demonstrates proficiency in .NET framework or Oracle Certified Professional: Recognized Java programming expertise.
• Responsible and proactive with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Strong communicator with analytical and meticulous work habits.
• Creative, resourceful, and energetic team player.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and self-motivated to deliver results.
