岗位职责

Fulfills production plans and delivers final products on schedule
Performs equipment / process trouble shooting and equipment maintenance
Supervises and train the production staffs
Prepares and monitors daily output & yield report in providing improvement plan if necessary
Conducts invetigation upon customer's complaint, and provide corrective / preventive action when necessary
Investigate on quality related matters arise during production and provide corrective / preventive action when necessary
Runs the production / machine when there is shortage of manpower
Ensures good housekeeping at all time
Make sure documents in accordance with the updated drawings and specifications
Release of non-conforming items for further processing as advised by Material Review Board
Compliance with the quality, environmental & other legal requirement that established by the management & including disposal of the waster generated by the operating process
Able to travel to support subsidiary plant in Malaysia
