Our client is a leading Singapore listed property and hospitality group. They are looking for a Assistant Finance Executive to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.

Duties

• End-to-End Accounts Management – Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Payable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Financial Accuracy & Reconciliation – Process invoices, payments, and receipts while reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Closing & Reporting Support – Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
• Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and workflow.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, addressing financial queries professionally.
• Regulatory Compliance & Support – Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations; assist the Finance Manager with projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
