Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end architecture of integrated security systems including CCTV surveillance networks, access control systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and command centre infrastructure.
  • Perform system deployment planning including site-level layout design, device placement strategy, network topology optimization, and data flow architecture for large-scale security installations.
  • Drive performance optimization of distributed security systems to meet latency, throughput, reliability, and real-time monitoring requirements across multi-site environments.
  • Optimize system resource utilization including video stream bandwidth allocation, event processing capacity, storage performance, and edge device compute distribution.
  • Resolve system-level congestion, network bottlenecks, and signal degradation issues through architecture refinement, load balancing, and infrastructure redesign.
  • Implement synchronization architecture for time-critical security operations including video stream alignment, event correlation, and alarm-trigger coordination across distributed devices.
  • Support low-power and high-reliability design strategies for edge security devices such as IP cameras, sensors, recording units, and access control terminals.
  • Perform system validation across multi-environment deployments including cloud-connected monitoring platforms, on-premise command centres, and hybrid security infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with system architecture, firmware/device engineering, verification, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and commissioning of security solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools using TCL/Python for system configuration, deployment validation, diagnostics, and performance reporting.
  • Build reusable engineering utilities for system monitoring, fault detection, log analysis, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Drive workflow automation and system optimization initiatives to improve deployment efficiency, operational reliability, and scalability of security services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in system architecture, embedded systems engineering, infrastructure design, or large-scale distributed system deployment.
  • Strong understanding of system-level performance optimization, data flow architecture, and real-time processing systems.
  • Experience in designing or optimizing distributed systems involving video streaming, networking, or IoT-based devices is highly preferred.
  • Strong scripting skills in TCL and Python for automation, system validation, and operational tooling.
  • Solid knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP communication, and API-based system integration.
  • Experience with CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, or command centre platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills for complex system failures.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary engineering and deployment environments.
  • Exposure to hardware-software integration, embedded devices, or mission-critical monitoring systems is an advantage.
