Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor software engineers and development teams
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development
• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality and innovation
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling efforts
• Encourage best practices in software development

️ Technical Oversight

• Oversee system architecture and technical design decisions
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Review code and provide technical guidance
• Define engineering standards and development practices
• Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues

Project Delivery & Management

• Plan and manage software development timelines and releases
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders
• Track engineering KPIs and team performance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, design, QA, and operations teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in strategic planning and product roadmaps
• Communicate progress and challenges to leadership
• Align engineering output with business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in software development roles
• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and software lifecycle
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in cloud platforms and scalable systems is an advantage
