You will attend to customers and ensure that online orders are processed timely for collection and delivery while maintaining the service standard.

Working Hours:
4-5 Days /week 10:00am to 9:30pm (Weekends & PH) (Base on the support requirement)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform packing of online orders accurately and efficiently to ensure items are prepared for collection or delivery in good condition.
Attend to customers at the Click & Collect counter on enquiries, concerns and requests regarding ecommerce orders.
Maintain and provide good customer service levels at all times to fulfil customers’ online orders.
Support the eCommerce operations team in the processing of ecommerce orders and returns from customers.
Working with retail and third-party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click and Collect centre.
Requirements:
Min. GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
Able to work on both weekends and public holidays.
Passion for Tech and Sales
Relevant experience in retail industry is desirable.
