We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams on site matters
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational or technical issues when required
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety compliance at all times
• Monitor manpower deployment and site productivity
• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress to management
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site operations
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities where necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations in Singapore
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Possess relevant certifications such as BCSS/WSH preferred
