About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations and support the team in delivering excellent customer experience and operational standards.
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in F&B who is passionate about team management, service quality, and smooth outlet execution.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts
Lead, supervise, and support outlet team members in daily operations
Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Handle opening and closing duties, cash handling, and shift coordination
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance during operations
Assist in inventory monitoring, stock ordering, and wastage control
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally
Work closely with management to achieve outlet sales and operational targets
Handle paperworks and ERP system (will be taught)
Requirements
Prior experience in F&B, café, or hospitality supervisory role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Responsible, hands-on, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable handling operational and customer-related matters
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Knowledge in café or coffee operations is an added advantage
