COENS Energy is currently partnering with a prominent leader in the Singapore Marine Fuel industry to identify a meticulous Cargo Officer / Bunker Clerk to join their growing fleet.

Why This Role?

My client is a respected name in the maritime space, known for their commitment to safety and high operational standards. You will be at the forefront of their bunker delivery operations, ensuring excellence at every "hook-up."

Responsibilities:

• You will take full ownership of the bunkering process, from terminal loading to vessel delivery.

• Oversee Mass Flow Meter (MFM) operations and manual soundings to ensure 100% measurement precision.

• Manage the legal and technical heartbeat of the vessel, including BDNs and daily stock logs.

• Act as the critical link between the ship’s Master and the office, maintaining strict MPA compliance.

Requirements:

• You hold valid Basic/Advanced Bunkering and MFM certifications.

• You have a solid track record in offshore bunkering operations.

• You are proficient in fuel sampling, tank measurements, and quality control.

• You possess the communication skills to manage stakeholders and represent the company on the water.
