Our Client:

• Up to $4,500 per month, shift allowances
• 2-year contract (Convertible to permanent)
• 12hr Rotational Shift
• Ang Mo Kio
• Engineering Industry

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, including onsite support and temporary workarounds.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and update the Project Manager.
• Perform system maintenance, including OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations.
• Implement service requests and change requests.
• Liaise with vendors/OEMs for technical support.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or system operations.
• Microsoft or ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux, Unix, Active Directory/DNS, Azure Stack, Windows Server, and backup systems.
