全职 Site Supervisor - M-E 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 6,000, SNS Network (M) Melaka 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily onsite supervision of M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Monitor the workmanship quality and work progress consistently.
• Ensure the project timely completion in accordance with approved project schedules and budget.
• Report any defects, safety issues and non-conformities immediately.
• Record and maintain accurate site reports included inspections records, checklists, photographs and etc.
• Follow up on identified issues and ensure all corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate and work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and progress coordination meetings as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in M&E inspection and site supervision.
• Knowledge of building services, M&E systems, and construction standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Able to travel nationwide within Malaysia.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
