Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address them.
Conduct market analysis and develop promotional/marketing ideas with marketing team to improve sales and drive customer traffic to the restaurants.
Take on HR roles such as coaching restaurant managers and being more involved with HQ on the training needs of restaurant staff to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, including experience managing multiple locations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data and develop action plans to address issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing cost.
In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, including trends, best practices, and regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in computer software applications such as MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management software.
