Job Description – Casino Marketing (Loyalty / Genting Rewards)

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Genting Rewards loyalty programme to drive business growth and membership engagement.

  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the membership base.

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activities to support strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Plan and implement campaigns and initiatives to enhance member engagement and programme value.

  • Support the enhancement of loyalty products, programmes, and services to remain competitive and responsive to market needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in ensuring efficient coordination and utilisation of departmental resources.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of casino marketing operations.
  • Experience in customer loyalty programmes or marketing communications will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work long or irregular hours and travel when required.
