THE ROLE

As a Guest Relations Host, you’ll be at the very heart of the guest journey — welcoming patrons, managing reservations, ensuring seamless seating, and anticipating needs before they’re even expressed. You’ll work across our Restaurant and Afternoon team or Club Lounge and Evening team, contributing to an atmosphere that keeps guests returning again and again. This is a role for someone who thrives in a luxury, high-energy environment and takes genuine pride in exceptional service.

YOU’RE THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU

•       Have 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality or customer service role
•       Have a warm, confident presence — you make every guest feel like a VIP from the moment they arrive
•       Are organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure — a busy Friday night doesn’t rattle you
•       Communicate with ease — with guests, with colleagues, and with everyone in between
•       Have an appreciation for premium spirits, cocktails, or luxury dining — you understand the world your guests live in
•       Are available for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts — that’s when the magic happens
