Main Responsibilities:
- Executing the opening and/or closing procedures to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.
- Assist the chef lead in the daily ingredient ordering and ensuring that the ingredients received are up to standard and quantity.
- Ensure the necessary mise en place is completed for a smooth service
- Consistent food preparation and maintaining the dish standards to build a consistent reputation. This includes serving the right dish to the right order
- Ensure the hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen as well as the related equipment especially since this is a show kitchen.
- Stay in touch with the latest food trends or innovations and sharing them with colleagues and customers to effectively engage with them
- Participate in menu item ideation for seasonal promotions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
