We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and ensure excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff performance, driving sales growth and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Manage manpower scheduling, staff training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations and food handling standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Control inventory, stock ordering and cost management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
