Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with at least 5 years specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent from the manufacturing environment;
• Fresh graduates (Diploma) are welcomed.
• Well versed in logistics management and operations
• Possess sound computer skills (MS Office Word and Excel);
• Strong working experience and track record in all forms of import/export documentation
• Be able to manage late working hours;
• Resourceful, energetic, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and a good team player; and
• Knowledge of ISO9001 related functions and SAP B1 an added advantage

Reporting to:

Head of Department (HOD) or any other higher ranking position in the company.

Responsibilities:

• To operate the computerized Weighbridge system and ensure it is in good working conditions at all time.
• To maintain Weighbridge appropriate documentation and report (e.g Delivery Order, MPOB forms and Weighbridge Slip and prepare daily/ monthly report)
• Assist the Executive to coordinate the delivery of the end products
• Assist the Executive in coordination the receiving of raw materials and chemicals
• To monitor cargo readiness for deliveries and shipment
• Liaise with transporters, surveyors, forwarders and bulking installation
• To monitor weighbridge system maintenance and inspection
• To assist the Executive in the process of verification of shipping, forwarding, transports and suppliers bills.
• Assist to monitor raw materials and product stock levels in order to identify the reorder levels for raw materials and fulfil customer orders on a timely basis
• Any other assignments as given by the management
