• Daily quality checks

• Perform daily handyman site checklists

• Inspect rooms, office & common areas for defects

• Report to facilities Helpdesk for inspection findings

• Inspect site and tools for compliance with safety standards Events support

• Support employees with events logistics such as room setups and movements

• Liaise with events organizers for logistics planning

• Support office decorations deployment and removal Facilities inspections

• Perform monthly inspections for general equipment such as fire extinguishers, workstations, first aid equipment, furniture, carpentry, etc. Inventory & supplies

• Conduct inventory of the facilities for consumables (electrical, hardware…) and furnitures

• Conduct inventory for storage rooms Work orders tickets & management

• Complete the loop of attending to work order tickets, completing work orders and replying to employees on the ticketing system timely

• Attend employee complains and support in resolving facility issues Vendor management & escorting

• Support the facilities team with vendor management and escorting

• Register vendors using the site security process

• Receive external delivery and do stock counts/quality checks M&E and carpentry

• Replace light bulbs, ballasts, as necessary

• Assemble pipe, tubing sections using clamps, nuts and bolts

• Support minor plumbing works such as chokes, bidet replacement, etc.

• Replacement of doorknobs, hinges, closures

• Minor repair of furniture

• Levelling & painting of office area

• Support confidential waste (Shred-It) disposal instructions, escorting and reporting

• Collect bulky items and manage storage

• Due to the office environment, the handymen are required to have a working knowledge of English and an attention to customer service & courtesy.
